We're ALL-N-1 Landscape, a locally owned landscaping contractor serving all areas between Topeka and Kansas City, Missouri since 1995.
In 2007 we started shifting the services we provide towards environmentally friendly as a result of re-evaluating of our higher purpose on Earth. Since then ALL-N-1 Landscape has been a leading provider of cutting edge green technologies available in our region and outside. “Hi, I’m Troy Karlin and I started mowing lawns in 1995 while attending Lawrence High School. My entire extended family grew up in Lawrence, so we’re well known in this area. I continued mowing lawns to pay for my education at the University of Kansas, where I studied business and advertising. By my 3rd year at KU, I had about 50 lawn-mowing clients. In my senior year at KU, I met Dmitriy, a hungry young man from Russia, who became my roommate. He started mowing lawns with me and really excelled at every opportunity I gave him. His smart, ambitious approach to growing our business has driven me to succeed at this work I love.”
“Hello, I’m Dmitriy Denisenko and I’m delighted to be a partner in this growing company. I was born in Russia and spent the first 20 years of my life there. I was a business major at the Urals University (Yekaterinburg, Russia) and then I ended up in Lawrence, KS because I always wanted to study at Kansas University; I had some friends here from Russia. I got married in Lawrence and now have a daughter and a son. I can't stress enough how excited I am to see all the opportunities the American economy creates for everyone here. I'm eager to work hard, bring the highest possible value to our clients, and contribute to the country that makes this all possible.
